Creative Sense is led by Tomasz Tworek, an experienced technology engineer and technical leader with a demonstrated history in enterprise IT infrastructure, data protection and delivery.
His background includes Tech Lead / Enterprise Architect work at Capgemini in Katowice, focused on backup infrastructure operations, IBM Tivoli Storage Manager administration, virtual-environment data protection, performance and cost improvements, and stream leadership for specialist teams.
He currently serves as Tech Lead — Database and Backup Coordinator at American Heart of Poland, continuing hands-on technical leadership across databases, backup and resilient platforms.
Education includes studies at the University of Silesia in Katowice. Public certifications include CompTIA Security+ and Solaris Certified System Administrator (Part 1). Working languages: Polish (native) and English (fluent).
